[KPhotoAlbum] upgrading KPhotoAlbum on Kubuntu Trusty

I had it held back as well, but running:
sudo apt-get install kphotoalbum
did still install kphotoalbum for me, I do not know why it was held back.
Just to make sure the following PPAs provide KPhotoAlbum 4.6 now:
for Trusty without Kubuntu-Backports
