Which version is in the snapshot ? 
I was afraid that my patch for the folder didn't work anymore, then I
understood that this snapshot was from 18/7.
But If I read the ChangeLog, the 9/7 you made that change :

  * Size of main windows and configuration window are now stored in
  the index.xml file, and restored for future sessions"

which doesn't work either.
