[Gammaray-interest] dump application status

Hi all,
i was wondering if there is an option to "dump" the current status of the
application as shown by gammaray and then analyze it "offline".
I think it might be very hany in all those cases when the application is
misbehaving and you have no time to fully debug it with gdb because the
service must be restarted.
