[Gammaray-interest] GammaRay License and Copyright Assignment

Dear GammaRay Community,

In the near future KDAB will be changing our GammaRay license from a pure GPLv2+ license
to a dual-licensed GPLv2+ and commercial license offering.

We already offer similar dual-licensing for our other products like KDSoap and KDReports and it
follows the model of how The Qt Company licenses Qt.

We regularly receive requests to integrate parts of GammaRay into commercial products and are
asked to provide commercial support for it.  In order to enable this, we need to be able to have a
commercial license option.   This will also allow us to sustainably fund development of GammaRay
in the future and keep it freely available for the Qt community.

If you have contributed non-trivial code to GammaRay (or have a merge request in the pipeline)
we will be asking you to sign a Copyright Assignment form, which is attached here for your review.
Feel free to fill in the form and email me the scanned document if you have (or plan to have)
significant code contributions to GammaRay; else, I will contact you about doing so in the near future.

If you refuse to sign the Copyright Assignment, please let me know that too and I will arrange
to have your code removed from GammaRay.
