I think we have more than enough material for a 2.2 release, and the 
backporting discipline for 2.1.x is already declining ;)

So, we could either do a 2.2 release soonish (around DD US maybe?), or we wait 
until Qt 5.4 final, in case there are more Qt 5.4 compatibility fixes needed 
(that's getting less and less likely, but you never know).

I'm not aware of larger pending changes or missing important fixes, so no 
blocker from that side.
