[Gammaray-interest] Building GammaRay with Qt 5.3 issue

Hello list,

I have a problem building gammaray with MSVC 2010 and a slightly customized Qt 5.3 version.
I always get stuck on missing includes and wrong header file paths. Am I missing something? Are there any other cmake variables, I have to set?

Qmake.exe is in my PATH environment variable, so that Qt cmake files are found.
Also, I used cmake-gui for making, hope this doesn't matter. Version of cmake is 3.0.1.

Building Gammaray with the GAMMARAY_ENFORCE_QT4_BUILD set to true worked fine.

I tried building the latest github version following "Building on Windows with Microsoft Visual Studio" manual from Install.txt.
