[Gammaray-interest] GammaRay 1.3 Tagging News

Howdy,

I tagged 1.3.0 last night.  Everything looked fine so I pushed that tag.

This morning Kevin told me he has an important bug fix that should go into 1.3.
So rather than deal with the potential horror of re-tagging, I plan to make a new tag today.

Probably will call the new tag 1.3.0.1
