[Gammaray-interest] Milestones and Issues Update

Howdy,

I just closed these milestones:
 * 1.3 Done
 * 1.4 Planned, but won't happen

I created a new milestone:
 * 2.1 for new features in GammaRay2 (scheduled for April 2014 == 3 months after 2.0.0)

I moved all crash reports and small feature requests into the 2.0 milestone at
https://github.com/KDAB/GammaRay/issues?milestone=4&state=open

We have almost 4 weeks until 2.0.0 final so feel free to fix any of the issues in the 2.0 milestone.
