[Gammaray-interest] Prebuilt GammaRay Packages

Howdy,

We now have prebuilt binaries for the 1.2beta (or version 1.1.98)

Currently for modern flavors of Fedora, openSUSE and xUbuntu.

Please test.
I can add other Linux variants as desired.

We are thinking about Mac and Windows packages too, but so far nothing on that front.
