[Gammaray-interest] user roles in QAIM

Hi Ian,

this indeed was not supported until now, but I've just pushed a change to 
master that at least shows you named roles as well.

Unnamed custom roles are impossible to detect I think, but adding UI to 
manually query a custom role given it's numerical value should be 
straightforward now that the role list is no longer hardcoded.
