[Gammaray-interest] Uncertain license of few source files

Hi,

I'm working on a Debian package for GammaRay. As a part of the process
I have to check licenses and copyrights of each source file and put them
in a list that will accompany the deb package. We found two files that
lack any copyright header or license information. These are:

* cmake/FindQt5Transitional.cmake
* cmake/GammaRayMacros.cmake

Could you please clarify who are the copyright holders (names and years)
and exact license terms that apply to these files?
